Making a wish on the internet

After Christmas* I’ll be looking for a new place in Melbourne. If anyone knows of a:

• one-bedder, biiiig studio, or tiny two-bedder;
• in a nice old building (can be apartment or house);
• with floorboards;
• nice old bathroom with real tiles, and
• a nice kitchen to cook in;
• unfurnished (I have lots of my own furniture and books so I can’t house-sit, unfortch);
• in East Melbourne, Carlton, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, or Collingwood-not-past-Wellington-St; for
• under 400pw (I know I know! But I don’t need a carpark or a modern bathroom with spa-cuzzi, so maybe there’s something out there. One of my friends has the most beautiful studio in the world in East Melbourne for $250 so here’s hoping); then
