Small changes. Happy results.
Before Christmas I made a few changes.
I now follow a maximum of 250 people at any one time on Twitter - and turned off retweets from anyone apart from my closest friends.
Separated my Personal and Work Google readers. I cut my Personal one to under 400 subscriptions. Most dramatically, I classify reading my pruned Work one as work (ie, though I would never time record, I count it mentally...
