monkeytypist: (via azspot) I’ve never had roo, to my lasting regret, but I am informed it’s delicious. It is completely delicious, like all the good things about red meat (taste! meatiness!) without the bad things (gristle! bones! Visible, gummy, fat!). Highly recommend. Plus it’s so cheap.
